There are TRC properties available for purchase. Interested builders and developers are required to submit documentation through the Request for Qualifications (RFQ) process. Once submitted, the evaluation committee will evaluate and score the submission. Builders and Developers that obtain a score of 75 and above will be placed on the Approved list and may submit a request to purchase a TRC property. After successfully completing the RFQ process, Approved Developers will be eligible to purchase lots through the Program subject to the restrictions as outlined in the Guidelines.
The TRC will create application windows for Approved Developers to submit a proposal for each lot available for sale but will be limited to a total number of lots that they may be awarded in each round based on the builder category. Please review the available properties and provide submission requirements in accordance with the TRC Developer Program Guidelines.
